Univ.Prof. Dr.phil.Dr.habil.rer.oec.Dr.h.c. Wolfgang Rohrbach

Honorary President

Prof. Wolfgang Rohrbach is a renowned scholar with a Doctorate in Philosophy, History of Economics, and Sociology from the University of Vienna. He has also completed his habilitation in Economics at the University of Sopron, Hungary. Rohrbach is a member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts and the Serbian Royal Academy of Scientists and Artists.

He has taught at the Danube University in Krems, Austria, and has extensive experience in training experts for the insurance industry. His research focuses on insurance publications in Austria, Germany, Hungary, and Serbia, with notable works including the 16-volume encyclopedic series “History of Insurance in Austria”, which has gained international recognition.

Doc.dr.Ratomir Antonović

Vice-president and coordinator for the Balkans

Prof. Ratomir Antonović completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Kragujevac, and his master’s degree at the University of Business Engineering and Management in Banja Luka and received his doctorate at the Faculty of Law of the International University in Goražde, Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the subject of money laundering

He has held various managerial positions, including Director of several private companies, and has been involved in scientific research on law and security. He is a Docent and research associate at the Faculty of Law, Security and Management “Konstantin Veliki” in Niš, and has authored/co-authored numerous scientific papers and monographs.
